Small Personalized Birthstone Deep Locket Necklace

Choose one of our small sized lockets from a variety of shapes and choose a gemstone to fill it with. You can then choose to add on a personalised message which we will hand engrave around the silver casing to make this an incredibly personalised present.

A deep void inside this gorgeous silver & antique glass locket is filled with genuine birthstones. You choose the birthstone or month of birth and we will pre-fill the shaker locket with the gemstones. These are real genuine birthstone chips and make for a great personalised birthday or gift for mom.

These deep shaker lockets contain a 5mm gap inside and will open allowing for you to open the locket and add more stones or other treasures to your locket. Or if you want a change, just take out the gemstones and put anything else inside that you want to keep close to the heart. A very cool alternative take on the traditional locket. This can be the perfect sentimental piece of jewellery.

It is made using antique glass and a sterling silver wrap-around with a vintage style screw closure under the bail to keep your items secure. To open and close, simply screw or unscrew the silver nut. This is a unique gift for loved ones and can also be personalized (see prices below for engraving options).

Gemstones are added to fill the locket about halfway.

• Our turn around time is about 1 - 2 business days, which is determined by whether you are having the item engraved. We always ship out in a very, very speedy manner. It's just the personalising of our jewellery that may delay the dispatch. This can change also during peak seasons. Please check our home page for the most current times.

• Rush your order: Please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline. You can also expedite your shipping in the drop down menu upon check out (though this does not change production times)

If the product is suitable for engraving the option will be visible for you to select when adding the product to your cart and you can add your engraving instructions in the cart notes. In this instance, please specify whether you’d like a BLOCK or a SCRIPT font. We will choose best positioning/font if not specified.

For LOCKETS:
Max recommended number of chars per line is about 5-12 to make it legible (depending on locket size & shape). We have a more flexibility with larger lockets and non curved shapes.

You can also have your own handwriting, a simple drawing or design copied directly onto the jewellery. Please get in touch if you would like this bespoke service or if you require more intricate and elaborate fonts or designs.

Please allow an additional week for any more complicated or intricate engravings.

Hallmarking Policy:

By UK law any silver items i.e. Sterling silver, fine silver etc that weighs over 7.78 grams MUST be hallmarked. We are registered with the Assay Office in London, England and every piece of our jewellery over 7.78 grams has our 'sponsor' mark as well as the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver content - 925 for sterling and 999 for fine silver. This gives reassurance that what you are buying is indeed genuine silver. If you are purchasing something under 7.78 grams we can arrange hallmarking at your request but please note this will incur extra cost & will take longer to process.

Free Shipping on UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 48 which typically takes 2-3business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout.

International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know.

We will dispatch 1-9 business days after your order has been made depending on if engraving has been ordered. Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Most items are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it. *This does not affect your Statutory Rights*. We are often asked, 'what is the best way to keep silver from tarnishing' or for info on the best way 'to keep silver shiny'. The answer is simple, you either (1) wear it, (2) store it in a ziplock bag or (3) polish it. In no specific order, polishing your jewellery is an obvious one. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't get dirty, and jewellery is no exception. So from time to time, it's going to need a clean (take a look at our polishing cloths for a great way to clean silver, gold and platinum).
