We’re delighted to partner with retailers who share our passion for beautifully handcrafted, sustainably made jewellery — created in London from solid sterling silver and gold vermeil, polished brass and silver plated brass and designed to last a lifetime.

ORDERS

  • Order minimum: £500, plus shipping.
  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • Retailers cover shipping costs on all orders.

Each sterling silver piece is hallmarked at the London Assay Office compliant with all UK Hallmarking regulations.

WHOLESALE PRICING

  • Wholesale prices are set at 50% of our current retail prices.
  • Due to the fluctuating cost of silver and gold, prices are subject to change — we’ll notify you in advance whenever possible.
  • The recommended retail price (RRP) is the minimum price for which Mon Bijoux pieces may be sold.
    • Retailers may sell above RRP but not below, unless authorised in writing.
    • Promotional discounts must not exceed 20% below RRP without prior agreement.

FABRICATION & LEAD TIME

Every Mon Bijoux piece is handmade and stock is limited.
Please allow time for production, depending on the size of your order and time of year.
We’ll always communicate clearly if your lead time changes, particularly during busy periods (e.g. Christmas).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • All wholesale orders ship from London, UK.
  • UK orders ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery; EU/International orders via DHL, FedEx or UPS.
  • Expedited shipping can be arranged at the retailer’s cost.
  • International retailers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.

BILLING

  • We currently do not offer credit terms.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of order confirmation before production begins.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

  • Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
  • Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt, including photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Returned items will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.
  • Returns reported after 5 days or without prior contact cannot be accepted.
  • Retailers are responsible for return shipping.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All wholesale orders are made to order specifically for your boutique.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of verified defect or damage (as above).

PACKAGING

In keeping with our eco-friendly values, all wholesale orders are supplied without retail packaging as standard. Most of our retail partners prefer to use their own branded packaging, and this approach helps minimise unnecessary waste and carbon impact during shipping.

If you would like your order to include Mon Bijoux packaging (our signature gift boxes, jewellery cards, or polishing cloths), this can be arranged at a small additional cost. Please let us know at the time of ordering so we can include this in your invoice and prepare your pieces accordingly.

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT

  • Retailers must use only official Mon Bijoux product images and descriptions when listing online or promoting on social media.
  • Product and lifestyle photography is available upon request.
  • Retailers may not reproduce or modify Mon Bijoux imagery, designs, or trademarks without written permission.
