Mon Bijoux's Return, Exchanges and Warranty Policy
We offer easy, hassle-free returns. Our online purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it (except personalised jewellery and earrings). We will give you a full refund for the cost of goods purchased.
Please ensure that items are in original condition, unworn, with original box and a copy of the invoice/delivery note.

Please Note: Jewellery that has been personalised to order (e.g., engraved, stamped, gold plated to order etc.) is non-refundable or valid for exchanges. Mon Bijoux will not accept back earrings for Health & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Should you wish to exchange the item to another size/length or even for a different item, please contact us via an email within 14 days of receipt of your items at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need to return the item unworn and unused in its original condition together with its Invoice/Delivery Note and we will exchange it to the required size, subject to availability. In some cases, this may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for more info on this.
Mon Bijoux will happily replace or refund genuinely faulty goods, providing we were advised of any faults upon receipt of the item.
Mon Bijoux has a one year warranty against manufacturing faults on all products.
