Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery time:

All items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Engravings take approximately 1 week and your order will be dispatched after the the item has been engraved.

Most UK orders are posted 1st class Recorded with Royal Mail which typically takes 1-2 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout.

International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know.

Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

UK: free shipping for all orders.
Worldwide: free shipping over £50. 

Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty charges.
