If the product is suitable for engraving the option will be visible for you to select when adding the product to your cart and you can add your engraving instructions in the cart notes. In this instance, please specify whether you’d like a BLOCK or a SCRIPT font. We will choose best positioning/font if not specified.

For LOCKETS:
Max recommended number of chars per line is about 5-12 to make it legible (depending on locket size & shape). We have a more flexibility with larger lockets and non curved shapes.

You can also have your own handwriting, a simple drawing or design copied directly onto the jewellery. Please get in touch if you would like this bespoke service or if you require more intricate and elaborate fonts or designs.

Please allow an additional week for any more complicated or intricate engravings.

Hallmarking Policy:

By UK law any silver items i.e. Sterling silver, fine silver etc that weighs over 7.78 grams MUST be hallmarked. We are registered with the Assay Office in London, England and every piece of our jewellery over 7.78 grams has our 'sponsor' mark as well as the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver content - 925 for sterling and 999 for fine silver. This gives reassurance that what you are buying is indeed genuine silver. If you are purchasing something under 7.78 grams we can arrange hallmarking at your request but please note this will incur extra cost & will take longer to process.

Free Shipping on UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 48 which typically takes 2-3business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout.

International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know.

We will dispatch 1-9 business days after your order has been made depending on if engraving has been ordered. Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Most items are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it. *This does not affect your Statutory Rights*. We are often asked, 'what is the best way to keep silver from tarnishing' or for info on the best way 'to keep silver shiny'. The answer is simple, you either (1) wear it, (2) store it in a ziplock bag or (3) polish it. In no specific order, polishing your jewellery is an obvious one. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't get dirty, and jewellery is no exception. So from time to time, it's going to need a clean (take a look at our polishing cloths for a great way to clean silver, gold and platinum).
